In 2003 NTP successfully finished the first development stage – reconstruction of historical buildings in Northtown. Currently NTP rents office premises in two buildings (approx. 3000 m2).
NTP also provides “Virtual office” and registration address provision and receiving and storing mail services to companies or organizations.
Modern telecommunication and security systems are installed in NTP premises, there are common meeting rooms with all equipment needed for conferences. Upon companies' request, coffee breaks are organized during events.
There is also a possibility for companies to use shared office equipment: modern copying, scanning and fax machines. The administration provides reception, various office (document binding and copying) and post services. If need be, it is possible to purchase stationery from the administrator.
Companies located in NTP can order advertising panels in external stand, near the drive-in, in receptions and near office door. There are convenient car and bicycle parking lots in NTP yard.
